We purchased a premium version for our application for 2 domains in the last few days (wirelessregistry.org and wirelessregistry.com). Yesterday we had the unpleasant surprise to see that the self-updating iframes were not working at all when our website was running over https. Do you have a solution for this issue? I send a message yesterday via the contact form but I got no reply yet.
Is there anyone at least reading these posts? Is there any level of support available, even though we have paid for the premium option? I can understand no support for a free service, but when one pays for a service, one expects at least something in return.
There is also no mention in the docs about the fact that the iframe service does not work over HTTPS. So it can't be said that we knew about this limitation beforehand.
I would appreciate at least some contact before we ask for a refund.
